摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work skill supporting device capable of enhancing the skill of a worker based on the evaluation by evaluating the working skill of the worker objectively. SOLUTION: A measuring means 60 measures working results of respective working processes by a worker to store them in a working quality database 40 as working quality data. These quality data are compared with standard working quality data stored in a standard working quality database 44 and, then, the working skill of the worker is evaluated based on the compared results.
