PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information collecting device for collecting desired information efficiently. SOLUTION: The information collecting device 60 includes an information control part 30 for supplying URL obtained from an input/output device 22 or a related URL buffer 44 to an information collecting part 32 and giving information collected by the part 32 on the basis of the URL to a keyword extraction part 40, an information collecting part 32 for collecting information, a keyword dictionary 48 for previously storing a keyword, a keyword extracting part 40 for extracting the keyword included in the information given from the part 30, a related information DB 50 for storing the URL and a plurality of keywords related with the URL as a set, a related information DB retrieving part 42 for retrieving the URL related with the keyword given from the part 40 from the DB 50 and extracting URLs by the number designated by the part 30, and related URL buffer 44 for temporarily storing the URLs extracted by the part 42.
