PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate transfer body which is improved in the uniformity of electric resistance, free of dependence on electric fields, and less changed in electric resistance by environment, and an image forming device using the intermediate transfer body. SOLUTION: The composition for an intermediate transfer body which makes an electrostatic latent image formed on an image carrier according to image information an unfixed toner image and transfers the unfixed toner image to a recording medium via the intermediate transfer body is prepared by mixing and dispersing a first conducting agent for imparting electronic conductive and a second conducting agent for imparting ion conductive into the material constituting the composition.
