PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a communication terminal to make voice communication and data communication with other communication terminal of the same type or a different type in parallel. SOLUTION: A base station assigns a 1st transmission slot TXa and a 1st reception slot RXa for voice communication and assigns a 2nd transmission slot TXd and a 2nd reception slot RXd for data communication in parallel. The communication terminal unit is provided with a 1st communication means that makes voice communication with other communication terminal by using slots TXa, RXb and with a 2nd communication means that makes data communication with the other communication terminal by using slots TXd, RXd.
