The stand has a measuring slide (8) that is guided transversely to a belt band (3). The front end of the slide presses against the belt and the back end of the slide presses against a pressure-measuring device (12,13). Preferably, the front end of the slide is a rotating belt guide roller (9) and the rear end of the slide has a pressure transfer piece (11). The belt band may be fixed in a clamp device (4) with a tension-measuring unit.
