PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulating device in a wavelength unit of beams, more particularly laser beams having various wavelengths mainly of a laser scanning microscope. SOLUTION: The rays are split by a dispersion element and arrive at a concave mirror. A regulatable device for at least partially shielding the discrete wavelengths or discrete wavelength regions of incident light and/or reflected light is arranged in front of the concave mirror.
