PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow installation of more trays for storing extra length. SOLUTION: A hollow connecting member 3, which integrally connects a cable holding fixture and a tension member clamping fixture at left and right sides, is divided inside into a passing core wire storing part 25 and a branching core wire storing part 26 with a partition plate 24. The passing core wire 11d is in communication left and right only through the passing core wire storing part 25. The branching core wire 11c is put through the branching core wire storing part 26, and then introduced into an extra length storing tray 7 from the opposite side. A passing core wire storing box is no longer needed which is conventionally set on a connecting member 6, a space above the connecting member 3 is made higher, and the extra length storing trays 7 can be laminated in large numbers without coming into contact with the inner wall of a closure sleeve 2.
