PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sensor having a simple structure and capable of improving magnetic field detection sensitivity. SOLUTION: This magnetic sensor is provided with a substrate 1 and a first conductive magnetic body layer 2 and a second conductive magnetic body layer 24 both arranged in parallel across an insulator layer 3 on the substrate 1. Only the first magnetic body layer 2 is electrically connected to conduct a high frequency current. An interval between the magnetic body layers 2 and 4 is made narrow so that a magnetic field generated by the high frequency current flowing through the first magnetic body layer 2 acts on the other magnetic body layer 4.
