PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration sensor for executing exact detection of an earthquake vibration and acceleration, capable of adjusting wide attachment angle with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The acceleration sensor 5 comprises a case 51, in which a container part 60 containing a sensor detector 55 is provided, a housing 550 arranging an electrode 70, and a sensor detector 55 provided with a conductive sphere 557 arranged in the housing 550 and rotating a position of connection to an indication part 80 which comes into contact with the electrode 70 and the position of noncontact of the electrode 70. The container part 60 of the case 51, at least has a curved surface 511 in the facing surfaces and rotatable contains the sensor detector 55 in the container part 60 via a viscous liquid. The sensor detector 55 has a shift of the gravity G position from the center position O and the housing surface 555, facing the curvature surface 511 of the container part of the case 51 is also constituted of a curvature.
