To provide information most suitable for individual users in a desired method, an optimized information provider system includes search means (10) that begins a search a personal information database (20) and an information content database (30) in response to a request from a user. The search means (10) searches the information content data bases (30) for related information and deletes unnecessary information from the whole information resulted from the search with consideration for the personal information about the user obtained from the personal information database (20). Further, other information that may interest the user with consideration for the personal information, though it is not included in the search results, is provided as most suitable information for the user in addition to the results of search.
