<p>According to the invention, the ferromagnetic core (26) is perpendicular to the substrate. The excitation (24) and detection (22) coils have axes which are also perpendicular to the substrate. The component of the magnetic field perpendicular to the substrate is thus measured.The two other components can be measured by conventional magnetometers with cores that are parallel to the substrate.
