A Noise attenuating and dust-removing device for exhaust gas of oil burning device is disclosed in the present invention, characterized in that an air ionized region communicating with air inlet in a housing is provided with axial alternatively arranged anode plates and cathode corona wires. Smoke-dust collecting region communicating air outlet is provided with transversal alternating arranged anode dust catching plate, cathode plates and smoke-dust collector. The dust catching plate, which rear and front faces corresponding to grid holes of the cathode plate provided are smooth and clamped between two smoke-dust collector, being rotationally driven by driving gear and motor has at least two adjacent exhaust gas through holes. Dust scraping blades in smoke-dust collector scraped away smoke-dust micro-particles which being charged after passed the ionized region and attached to the catching dust such that dust-removing in exhaust gas is achieved.
