PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a voice alarm system which uses a transceiver to speedily and securely warn a worker in a working field by making it possible to continuously generates an emergency alarm sound which is louder than a sound amplifying means nearby the working field only by operating an alarm switch by a supervisor who has noticed an abnormal state at a distance from the working field in such a case. SOLUTION: This emergency alarm device has a housing H with alarm switches SW1 to SW3, a connecting means L which extends from this housing and can be connected to a microphone terminal tm of a 1st tranceiver T1, and an alarm sound signal output circuit Ce which is put in the housing H and outputs an alarm sound signal corresponding to a specific emergency alarm sound to the 1st tranceiver T1 through the connecting means L and microphone terminal tm when an alarm switch is operated for alarming to make the 1st tranceiver T1 send a radio wave corresponding to the alarm sound signal.
