PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade opening/closing device constituted so that versatility may be improved especially. SOLUTION: This blade opening/closing device 1 is equipped with shutter blades 3 and 4 attached to a bottom board 2 and opening/closing a shutter aperture 2a, a driving lever 5 which is supported to freely rock while centering a shaft part 5a attached to the board 2 and whose one end is coupled with the blades 3 and 4, a 1st actuator 7 attached to the board 2 and engaged with a 1st engaging projected part 8 provided at the other end side of the lever 5, and a 2nd actuator 10 attached to the board 2 and engaged with a 2nd engaging projected part 19 provided at one end side of the lever 5.
