MULTIFUNCTIONAL PROBE FOR AN AIRCRAFT

The invention relates to a multifunctional probe for an aircraft, especially for determining the static pressure (Ps) and the total pressure (Pt) of an airflow in the vicinity of the aircraft and the incidence ( alpha ) of the aircraft in relation to the airflow. The inventive probe comprises a mobile pallet (1) which is aligned with the axis of the airflow and which comprises at least one static pressure port (13, 14) which is situated on one side of the pallet (1), and a pressure port for measuring the incidence ( alpha ) of the pallet (1) in relation to the airflow. The probe also comprises pressure-measuring means associated with each pressure port and means for calculating the total pressure (Pt) of the airflow according the measurements taken by the different measuring means of the probe.
