A polymerizable compsn. has a relatively low shrinkage coefficient when catalytically hardened by application of heat and pressure, comprises (A) a polymerizable blend consisting of (1) an unsaturated polyester of (a) a polyhydric alcohol and (b) an ethylenically unsaturated dicarboxylic acid (2) a polymerizable monomer containing terminal ethylenic unsaturation the blend (A) being characterized in that the unsaturated polyester is at least partially soluble in the polymerizable monomer (2), and (B) a polymerizable monomer containing terminal ethylenic unsaturation, the polymerizable monomer (B) having at least partial insolubility with above unsaturated polyester (1) and (C) a vinyl polymerization initator. |
