According to the invention, diesel fuel is heated through periodical circulation inside a closed loop which includes a heat exchanger and a rotor and a disk vortex apparatus. Homogenization and separation are effected inside the centrifugal force field of the vortex apparatus, followed by fine filtration on a porous filtration wall made of hydrophobic material. An additional filtration is effected by means of a multilayer filter-reactor made up of multi-function catalyst granules, which are used to alkylate aromatic compositions, and a filling layer consisting of a powder which is made up of transition materials and the oxides thereof. The invention also relates to the internal design of the vortex apparatus.
