<p>Injecting edible paste for filled biscuits, rolls, doughnuts etc. In a continuous and fully automatic process the food items are hopper-fed on to a pocketed horizontal conveyor which moves forward intermittently to position a batch of items for filling at a multi-needle injection head. Before reaching the injection head, any pocket not already filled at the hopper is detected and filled from a make up reservoir containing the same food items. The machine offers great economy for mass production of filled food items. It can also be used for injection of medicinal paste.</p> |
