At the stage of extraction of nonprotein components the enzyme preparation of thermostable alpha-amylase isolated from the modified strain Bacillus licheniformis is used and temperature in extraction medium is increased to 85-95 C. Invention ensures to decrease enzyme preparation dose, extraction time and amount of the following aqueous washings of concentrate without quality loss of ready product.
