Slits 53, 53 are each formed in one pair of first opposite side portions 5a, 5b of a hinge body 5. By this, one pair of second opposite side portions 5c, 5d of the hinge body 5 can resiliently be deformed such that an interval between the second opposite side portions 5c, 5d varies. An outside interval W between the second opposite side portions 5c, 5d, at an opening end, of the hinge main body 5 is designed to be larger than an inside interval between one pair of opposite inner surfaces of a receiving hole 21a. By this, the one pair of second side portions 5c, 5d of the hinge main body 5 are press contacted with opposite inner surfaces of the receiving hole 21a. |
