Disclosed is a three-layered laminated plastic film consisting of a core layer and two covering layers each bonded to one of the surfaces of the core layer and suitable for wrapping of foods particularly for the wrapping works using a prestretching-type automatic wrapping machine by virtue of the very excellent tensile properties. Characteristically, the core layer is formed from a resin composition comprising an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer and a hydrogenated petroleum resin with optional admixture of a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer and/or a low-density polyethylene having a straightly linear molecular structure while the covering layers are formed from a polyethylene-based resin.
