Nonwoven fabric has basic weight of 20 g/cm, average value of static electric charge measured at point 3 cm above fabric roll at least 20% below average value measured above roll of nonwoven fabric manufactured from fibers free of inorganic particles. Nonwoven material is manufactured by forming fibrous fabric from staple fibers and gluing fibrous fabric lengths or by forming fabric lengths from yarn and gluing them.
