Structural unit has iron ring made of oriented glass-fiber material with transversal glass fibers. Modulus of elasticity of glass-fiber material in tensioning along glass fiber is 20 000-40 000 MPa; strength in tensioning along glass fiber, 300-500 MPa. Thickness t of iron ring is 0.01d-0.05d. Core is made of concrete based on expanding binder its self-tension being not less than 2.10-4 Ect/d, where d is outer diameter of iron ring.
