SUBSTANCE: method consists in treatment of contaminated surfaces by chemically inert cryogenic fluid, liquid nitrogen for example. As a result, chilling process takes place on treated contaminated surface due to high cold stored in cryoproduct and spilled liquid gets solidified (crystallized). Drop of temperature reduces considerably chemical activity and vaporability of dangerous agents, thus additionally reducing degree of danger owing to conversions of cryoproduct to gaseous state forming neutral gaseous medium at low temperature above area of spillage.
