Prongs of fork in plane of handle are made in form of arcs of circumference with diameter equal to diameter of bottle neck under cork-inlay cap and angular length not less than60 deg and not greater than 100 deg, each. Distance between prong end bridge to handle plane is equal to thickness of cork-inlay cap, and length of bent off ends of fork prongs is within 0.2 and 0.5 of cork-inlay cap diameter.
