Lifting surfaces are connected with aerodynamic stabilizing surfaces forming box. Aerodynamic control surfaces are located in nose section of flying vehicle. Provision is made for two rope systems: one system is used for connecting the top of lifting surface attachment member, fuselage and lifting surfaces and other system is used for connection of nose section of fuselage and ribs of lower lifting surface. Proposed flying vehicle may be used for immovable or transportable long-range communication system, observation system and antiaircraft air barrage system.
