SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying aerosuspension onto movable forming grid inclined with respect to aerosuspension flow; removing air component from aerosuspension by suction device mounted at reverse side of grid, with supplying of aerosuspension and air removal processes being effected in straight channel; providing gradual growing of layer of formed paper web on grid surface; providing increase of suction force in web advancement direction so that suction force applied to fibers in surface layer is uniform along the entire length of forming grid. Method allows low fiber concentration in aerosuspension to be maintained up to the moment of delivery of aerosuspension to grid, and air to be removed from aerosuspension without generation of vortex flows in the vicinity of forming grid. Fibers are reliably kept on forming grid in the process of paper web formation, with offset of fibers falling onto forming grid being eliminated. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved homogeneity of paper web along the entire length. 1 dwg |
