SUBSTANCE: colored pattern transfer member for applying single-colored or multiple-colored pattern to textile materials by thermal action or by pressure force has carrier sheet 1 with non-adhesive surface having: single-color or multiple-color pattern 5 printed on carrier sheet by means of digital control color printer; transparent layer 6 of elastomer or white-colored layer 7 of high softening point elastomer applied to pattern 5 by printing according to predetermined configuration; and thermosetting thermoplastic polymeric adhesive layer 8 applied by printing to transparent layer 6 of elastomer or to white-colored layer 7 of elastomer or thermosetting hot-melt glue granulate applied by spraying onto layer of elastomer in wet state. More reliable capsulation of colored pattern is provided by applying first transparent layer of elastomer or high-softening point polymer to carrier sheet by printing, and pattern is applied by printing to this layer of elastomer by means of digital control color printer. Strength of pattern is further enhanced by applying transparent layer of elastomer and white-colored layer of elastomer onto colored pattern by printing method.
