PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a polyepoxy polyether having an extremely low chlorine content suitable in use for an electronic or electric insulating material. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for a polyepoxy polyether comprises reacting a terminally unsaturated, urethane linkage-bearing polyether compound represented by the formula (wherein R is a residue obtained by removing an NCO group from a polyisocyanate; R1 is a 2-4C alkylene group; R2 is a 1-12C alkylene group; R3 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; n is an integer of 1-1,000; m is an integer of 0-2; and k is an integer of 2-6) with a peroxide.
