PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder capable of favorably holding a throwaway tip provided with an abrasion sensor. SOLUTION: A pocket 5 is formed on a tip installing part 4 at a tip of a holder 1. In a bottom surface 6 of the pocket 5, a pair of probe inserting holes 19 are formed. The probe inserting hole 19 is formed close to a front surface 20A of the tip installing part 4. A probe 21 fixed by a probe fixing member 24 is installed on the probe inserting hole 19. A bolder in which stress during cutting work is less likely to be applied to the probe 21, and in which the probe 21 can be favorably connected to an abrasion sensor of the throwaway tip 2 electrically can thus be provided. |
