SOLUTION: A mixture of a cell body suspension including a fragella motor- bearing colon bacillus that excessively expresses green fluorescent protein and a specimen is introduced into the outer layer of a multi-laminated cup comprising the perforated microplate and the chemotaxicells, an attractant substance is placed in the inner layer to count the number of cells moving through the membrane filter from the outer layer to the inner layer.
