PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively suppressing the formation of dioxins by adding small amount of chemical without necessitating a large dioxins detoxifying device at the time of applying the dioxins formable heat treatment such as heating, combustion, sintering and burning to a material containing a dioxins formable material and a catalyst accelerating the formation of the dioxins. SOLUTION: In the case that a dioxins forming process in which both materials containing the dioxins formable material and the catalyst accelerating the formation of the dioxins pass the formation temperature of the dioxins is included, the formation of the dioxins is suppressed by adding the chemical having >=70 deg.C boiling point or the chemical having a ligand atom capable of coordinately bonding on the catalyst to the catalyst-containing material at either stage of the dioxins forming process or before that. |
