<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake cable fitting device for a drum brake facilitating design layouts of the fitting portion of a brake cable and crank mechanism while securing the effective stroke of the brake cable even if a distance from the fitting face of the brake to the width direction of brake shoes is short, operating only the braking force to an anchor, and miniaturizing the device. SOLUTION: A brake cable fitting deice for the drum brake as a means for solving the above issue which is characterized in that an inner cable of the brake cable penetrates to the outside the brake, and a pipe shaped portion fitting the outer casing of the brake cable is integrally formed into a spacer interposed between a back plate and a brake fixing member of an anchor part pivotally mounting one adjoining end of a pair of brake shoes.</p> |
