<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor preventing generation of abrasion between its swash plate and shoe even when the compressor is swash plate type in addition to improving seal performance at compression time, improving efficiency of the compressor, preventing a piston from tilting, and preventing suction into a cylinder of blow-by/refrigerator gas. SOLUTION: This compressor has a piston 80 which can make a reciprocating motion between the top/bottom dead centers in a cylinder. A groove 81c is formed in the vicinity of the top dead center side end part on an external peripheral surface of the piston 80. A groove bottom surface of the groove 81c is formed flat. The piston has a resin-made piston ring 90c of cone ring shape inserted in the groove 81c. The piston ring 90c, having its external diameter larger than an external diameter of the piston 80, is arranged in a direction so as to open to an outer side toward the bottom dead center, in addition, brought into contact with the groove bottom surface of the groove 81c only in an upper end inner edge.</p> |
