<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the defect of a stationary soil deodorizing device. SOLUTION: A sprinkler device is provided above a soil layer to prevent the overdrying of the soil layer. The leakage of malodor from the gap between an inner wall and the soil layer is prevented by providing a shelf for an inner wall of a container. A water discharge device having the structure hardly causing the leakage of air is provided at the bottom.</p> |
