PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide abrasive cloth that has an internal addition of a microcapsule including a liquid substance with chemical action on a workpiece being machined, and is thus capable of reliably and effectively supplying, from the interior, an excessively trace quantity of the lubricative liquid substance to the point of machining and suitable to improvements in the machining efficiency and machined surface quality, a method of manufacturing for the abrasive cloth, such a microcapsule, and a method of manufacturing for the microcapsule.
