PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel body for internal wall having a moisture absorbing function, a moisture discharging function, an antibacterial action, a deodorizing function, and excellent thermal insulation, sound insulation, and earthquakeproof performances and capable of adjusting a clearance, reducing correction, and dispensing with interior construction work at site. SOLUTION: This panel body for internal wall is constituted by combining a Japan cedar plate as an inner face member with a plate having hygroscopic property equal to that of the Japan cedar plate or a single Japanese cypress plate or two kinds of them or more to join the combined plates on an inner side of a plywood for structure and joining a thermal and sound insulation member on an outer side thereof.
