PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet for roofing, by which excellent appearance and durability can be obtained and which has excellent aging resistance such as crack resistance, rupture resistance or the like. SOLUTION: The waterproof sheet 10 for roofing, by which a roof is formed by laying on a roof foundation having a pitch, is used as an object, the waterproof sheet has a sheet body 20 composed of a soft synthetic resin and rib- shaped projections 30 integrally formed on the surface 21 of the sheet body 20. The rib-shaped projections 30 are continuously extended linearly along the sheet longitudinal direction X, and a plurality of the rib-shaped projections 30 are arranged in parallel at regular intervals in the sheet cross direction. The rib-shaped projections 30 are set in height of 1.0-20 mm and width of 1.0-50 mm.
