PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing system of a box culvert and an installing machine capable of laying the box culvert even in a narrow place. SOLUTION: This installing system of a box culvert is composed of the box culvert 2, a ring body 13 retractable in a central opening part of a bottom plate of the box culvert, plural ring bodies 12 positioned in the breadth on the outside of the box culvert and an installing machine for arranging a raising member 14 at least vertically movable in the box culvert on a support member 11, and is featured by moving the box culvert to a laying part after raising and supporting the box culvert by actuating the raising member of the installing machine after being positioned in a range capable of allowing the support member of the installing machine to abut to a bottom plate inside surface of the box culvert. The raising member is formed so that a receiving plate 141 is positioned in an upper end part and a lifting hydraulic cylinder 142 and a sliding hydraulic cylinder 143 are positioned in a lower part.
