PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery and granular material supplying facility capable of making the thickness and the density distribution of a powder and granular material supplied onto a belt type first conveyor uniform in its belt width direction and lengthwise direction. SOLUTION: The powdery and granular material supplying facility comprises a belt type first conveyor 2 for conveying to supply the powdery and granular material 1 obtained by mixing a fiber material with powder particles, a second conveyor 3 having a supply amount regulating means 11 for receiving the material 1 dropped and supplied from the final end of the conveyor 2 under the conveyor 2, once storing the material 1 and regulating the supply amount to a set amount, and a belt type third conveyor 4 for receiving the material 1 dropped and supplied from the final end of the conveyor 3 under the conveyor 3 to convey the material 1 to a supply destination. Further, the facility comprises a diffusing means 5 for equivalently diffusing the material 1 in the width direction of the conveyor 2 on the conveyor 2.
