PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly sweeping brush which can easily and efficiently collect trash on the floor and an electric dust collecting apparatus, built in furniture, which suck in trash collected in the sweeping brush. SOLUTION: The apparatus has a rectangular main case 1 and a handle 21 provided on the main case 1. On the four corners of the bottom of the main case 1 sweeping brushes 10a to 10d are provided, in the center of the lower part of the main case 1 a trash gathering chamber 6 which opens from the front to the back is provided and each sweeping brush 10a to 10d rotates toward the trash gathering chamber 6.
