PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of causing a fastened state to get loose in the case of a left-hand threaded nut due to the corotation of a threaded ring when thread-fastening an oil cap to the threaded ring in a conventional rust preventing device for a lock bolt constituted by insert-fitting a plate, the threaded ring and a spherical washer to the lock bolt to fix and hold the surface of the natural ground or the like, pressing them with a nut for the lock bolt and thread- fastening the oil cap to the threaded ring. SOLUTION: A non-slip rubber packing 11 is fitted to a rubber packing storage groove 10 formed at the bottom face of the threaded ring 5 to prevent the corotation of the threaded ring 5 with strong frictional resistance exhibited by the non-slip rubber packing 11.
