PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated material excellent in transparency and barrier properties preventing the transmission of oxygen, steam or the like, excellent in aroma retention to prevent the damage of the taste, eating quality or the like of content, also excellent in the storage stability of content, preventing the generation of a crack caused by bending, stretching or contraction, excellent in post-processing properties to suppress the lowering of barrier properties and useful for the filling and packing of various articles, especially, liquid food and drink such as a liquid seasoning. SOLUTION: A laminated material is constituted by providing a vapor deposition film of inorganic oxide on one surface of a base film and providing a sealant layer on the vapor deposition film. The sealant layer comprises a multilayered film including a resin layer having aroma retention and a heat- sealing resin layer.
