PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure of duct for inter-cooler, which can largely reduce the height around the center portion in a cross direction of an engine hood as compared with the conventional art. SOLUTION: In the seal structure of duct for inter-cooler, a duct 5 guides an outside air from an air intake port 2 opening at the engine hood 1 to the inter-cooler 3, and a duct seal 6 is installed at the lower end portion of the duct 5 so as to be press-contact with a seal face disposed on the inter-cooler 3 side for preventing leakage of the flowing outside air. A flange portion 9 is disposed on a side face of the inter-cooler 3. An upper face of the flange portion 9 is a seal face 9a press-contact with a seal lip 6a at the lower end portion of the duct seal 6.
