SOLUTION: There is provided an enzyme (or enzyme fermentation minerals) 3A, or an enzyme (or enzyme fermentation minerals) 3A and an oxygen fermentation agent 3B is contained in a concrete wall 1 or a building material block constituted of concrete or natural stones or a purifying cement including an enzyme (or enzyme fermentation minerals) 3A, or an enzyme (or enzyme fermentation minerals) 3A and an oxygen fermentation agent 3B in cement.
