PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive film which can develop high conductive reliability and high adhesivity even under adhesion conditions comprising a low temperature and a short time. SOLUTION: This anisotropic conductive film in whose adhesive layer conductive particles are dispersed. The adhesive is obtained by compounding the conductive particles in a photocurable resin composition comprising a base resin, a reactive compound, a photosensitizer and a reaction-accelerating compound. The base resin is a polyacetal resin obtained by the acetalation of polyvinyl alcohol. The reactive compound is at least one compound selected from the group consisting of acryloxy group-containing compounds, methacryloxy group- containing compounds, and epoxy group-containing compounds. The reaction- accelerating compound is a compound having a radical reactive group and an acidic group at the terminal.
