PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a fuel tank and a canister by a nonmetallic substance, for example, by a rubber or resin made hose, and prevent an evaporation fuel from leaking to an outside by permeation of the evaporation fuel through a pipe wall. SOLUTION: Connecting pipes (a charge passage 31, a bypass passage 31a) disposed between a fuel liquid surface upper space of a fuel tank 9 and the canister 33 are connected to each other through a nonmetallic substance, for example, a rubber or resin made hose, and pressure reducing means (an evaporation fuel passage 20, a tank pressure control valve 30, and an ECU 5) for depressurizing the liquid surface upper space in the fuel tank are provided.
