PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a space enough to charge garbage in a garbage treating tank. SOLUTION: The garbage treating equipment is provided with mixing blades 18 of first, second and third mixing blades. The space between the second blade 18b and the first blade 18a is 50-60% of a blade length L1, and the space between the third blade 18c and the second blade 18b is 110-120% of a blade length L2. By this constitution, garbage material 12 for treatment can be efficiently transported and mixed, and the garbage material 12 can be mixed efficiently in a wide area by placing the mixing blade 18 at an angle of 30-60 degrees. An opening 9 for charging garbage is formed within the bound corresponding to the form of mixture. When the bulk of garbage material 12 to be treated is excessive, garbage charging is controlled to stimulate a prompt discharge of the material 12.
