PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the durability of an ozone gas feeder by preventing the advance of the oxidative deterioration of various ozone producing machineries housed in the ozone gas feeder by the contact with ozone gas caused by such a phenomenon that the ozonized air in a work chamber is drawn in the negative pressure zone, which is generated around a blowoff blower when ozone gas is blown in the work chamber by the blower in the final stage of the ozone gas feeder, to penetrate into the feeder from a peripheral wall gap. SOLUTION: An air suction duct 26 communicating with the blowoff blower 5 arranged in an ozone gas blowoff port 20 is provided in a casing 17 housing various machineries such as a suction blower 1, a dehumidifier 2, an ozonizer, or the like, and arranged in the ceiling part of the casing 17, which is formed by a combination of a surface top plate 21 and a trough-shaped inner top plate 12, by using the trough part of the inner top plate.
