PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining mechanism of a legless chair or a chair excellent in usability while minimizing an increase in the number of part items. SOLUTION: This reclining mechanism of a legless chair or a chair having a seat back part and capable of adjusting an angle of the seat back part by actuating a cylinder by a lever, is featured in that a shape of the lever is formed in an almost L shape long on the operation side, and a guide is arranged for restricting a movement of the lever in a specific range.
